Gupp Maker: Level Creator

Pretty cool Game. The visuals are good and the Sound Design as well. The menu Layout is pretty intuitive. I'm sorry to say it like this but the controls are horrible. On the ground the charakter seems very slow(maybe the slow max Speed + slow acceleration could be the reason for that + when you enter the ground you Stop. That breaks the flow. This is the most important thing to fix)

You could make the Buttons for the Left/Right controls a little bit bigger. I sometimes want to go right but I miss the button.

Whenever you hold the button to jump higher and you reach another Platform, you jump immediately. Sometimes I dont want to jump but I jump accidentely when I was holding the jump button. In my opinion you should only start a jump when you started pressing the button. This would eliminate this too.

Another micro improvement in my opinion would be in the Level Creator. While having the eraser Tool selected you can only switch back to drawing blocks by tapping on the eraser button again. I think it would feel more natural if you could switch to drawing blocks when you tap on the currently selected Block under the eraser button.  But maybe the majority of the players would click on the eraser button again to exit the edit mode. I dont know. I'm only talking about my experience. You could Just include both options to exit the eraser mode:

-tapping the eraser button again

-tapping in the selected Block 

 I make games too and I'm pretty new to it but I get used to my mechanics too even if they are just not feeling great . It really helps having someone around to playtest or asking some dude on Discord Test the Game.
